In particular, in December 2023, the Long An Provincial Delegation visited Ibaraki and the two sides have made important steps in the field of labor such as the Strategy Promotion Board, Ibaraki Provincial Industrial Strategy Office, Long An Provincial Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs in coordination with Ibaraki Provincial Departments and Esuhai Labor Dispatch Company in the program of connecting with businesses and achieved the expected results. Ibaraki Province expands recruitment in many other fields such as mechanics, electronics, welding, etc. These are the fields that Long An College is training every year and are also the strengths of the province.
At the meeting, the provincial leaders expressed their hope that the functional agencies of the two provinces will have a specific number of workers to supply to Ibaraki Province in the coming time. Vice Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee - Pham Tan Hoa conveyed the invitation of Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut to Governor Kazuhiko Oigawa to visit and work with Long An Province in the coming time. Governor Kazuhiko Oigawa accepted the invitation and was very pleased that the signed agreements had become a concrete reality. He had high expectations for the human resources that Long An Province provides to Ibaraki Province Enterprises. The Governor hoped that the two side would be more closely connected not only in the field of labor resources but also in other fields in the coming time.
Earlier that day, the Long An province delegation visited and worked with Forgetec Kawabe Company. Ms. Kawabe Mariko, Director of Forgetec Kawabe Company and her colleagues received the delegation. Ms. Kawabe Mariko said that the company has been recruiting foreign workers since 2018, and currently the company has 10 Vietnamese workers, including engineers and interns.
Through the Memorandum of Understanding between Ibaraki Province and Long An Province, Forgetec Kawabe Company will continue to recruit interns from Long An Province in the near future. She also said that Long An College is currently training skilled students and Forgetec Kawabe Company wishes to cooperate with the school in the future. The delegation was also informed about the production process by Vietnamese engineers and visited the production plants.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Pham Tan Hoa thanked the Director of Forgetec Kawabe Company for enthusiastically welcoming the delegation. It was known that the Company is currently processing spare parts for many large automobile manufacturing corporations in Japan such as Toyota, Honda and especially Kawasaki Group, which the delegation had just visited and worked with during the business trip. The visit showed that the trained labor force of Long An province meets the requirements. Currently, Long An College, in addition to specialized training, also coordinates with Esuhai Company to train Japanese, thereby contributing to providing the best labor force for Forgetec Kawabe Company and Japanese enterprises.
In addition to providing labor resources, in the coming time, Long An province hopes that Kawabe Company will shift to investing in production in the province, in order to optimize labor costs and expand production./.
