Localities with cases of infection in the community, localities bordering Ho Chi Minh City with a large number of transactions are encouraged people not to come and make transactions directly at the Public Administration Center. In case it is not possible to settle through online public services at levels 3 and 4, then direct transactions will be carried out.

Regarding concentrated isolation areas, 3,000 seats must be ensured for level 3; 5,000 for level 4; 10,000 seats for level 5. First, 3,000 seats must be guaranteed for level 3, priority is given to active isolation areas, and adequate investment in equipment for epidemic prevention and control. The province continue to implement motto 4 at-site; ensure 100 percent of safe hospitals; organize, train, guide and inspect Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control teams, tracing teams and sampling teams; re-consolidating 34 local rapid response teams; establish epidemic prevention and control groups in hamlets and quarters.
